žurka is a small gathering or a party at someone’s home. This is the perfect representation of the feeling that is trying to be achieved with this restaurant pop up.
The overall feeling should be somewhat homey, as if you were in your grandmother’s home. There should be some modern takes on the design to reflect the chef’s Balkan heritage and his own interpretation on the dishes. Tradition done in a modern way.
